The 12th Century grade II listed building is a plain little church largely restored in the late 19th Century and refurbished in 2002 with the help of the Beesby Residents' Association and the Alford Group of Churches. Beesby is a small farming village with a population of about 90, now amalgamated as a parish with the neighbouring village of Maltby-le-Marsh (population about 300) following the closure of their church.

We hold a service at 3 pm on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

The Church is reasonably well supported in general by the whole village at fund-raising times with a general sense of well being and good will towards the church, but only a small number of families in Saleby and the surrounding area could be said to be "churchgoers" attending services. Unfortunately due to a lack of regular worshippers the Church is now in danger of closure.  There will be a Carol Service in 2022.
